Which countries do you serve?
We currently handle shipments to Colombia, Mexico, Peru and Brazil. Specific coverage is reviewed based on the product, the city and the delivery point.
What does the door-to-door service include?
We can coordinate purchasing, inspection, consolidation, export clearance, international transport, customs at destination and final delivery. The stages, costs and responsibilities included are detailed in the quote.
Do you handle full container and consolidated cargo?
Yes. We coordinate ocean freight by full container (FCL) and consolidated cargo (LCL). The mode is chosen according to the volume, the type of goods and the destination.
What do you need to prepare a quote?
A product reference, estimated quantity, delivery country and city, plus specifications, packaging and target dates. Price and schedule are confirmed after we review this information.
Can you source products outside the six categories?
Yes, we review other purchasing needs. Feasibility, availability and import requirements are confirmed case by case.
What is checked during inspection?
The inspection points are agreed with you beforehand: for example, quantities, appearance, dimensions, basic functionality, packaging and labeling. The scope is defined in the quote.
Can I combine products from several suppliers in one shipment?
Yes. Consolidation brings together goods from different suppliers into a single shipment, by full container or consolidated cargo, depending on the volume.
What should I check before importing?
It depends on the product and the country: importer registration, technical standards, labeling and permits. We review them with you before confirming the operation; some procedures are the responsibility of the importer at destination.
